By creating an account or using SondoERP, you agree to these Terms of Service and any applicable operating or acceptable-use rules that govern the platform.
If you are acting for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms and to manage use of the platform on its behalf.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials and ensuring that only authorized users access tenant environments, reports, and operational workflows.
We may suspend or restrict access where platform misuse, policy violations, payment default, or security risks materially affect service integrity, other customers, or compliance obligations.
Subscriptions renew according to the selected billing cycle unless cancelled in writing or otherwise agreed under a commercial contract. Fees remain due as scheduled unless relief is required by applicable law.
Except where law or written agreement states otherwise, fees are non-refundable and service continuity depends on timely settlement of billing obligations.
You retain ownership of your data. SondoERP processes tenant information only to provide, secure, support, and improve the service, and in line with our Privacy Policy.
After termination, customers may request export of eligible data within the applicable retention window, subject to technical limits, lawful preservation duties, and account verification controls.
The service is provided on an as-available basis, subject to maintenance, third-party dependencies, and operational constraints that may affect uptime, features, or integrations.
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
